We currently have 14 wonderful and skilled team members and 2 talented doctors. We truly have the Best Team! We offer Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Our office is clean, inviting, and offers modern and technology driven treatments including: Invisalign, wired braces, Root Canals, Cerec Omnicam/primescan and same-day Crowns, CBCT 3D imaging and guided implants, 3D printing and aligners, Extractions, master ceramist driven Veneers and In-Office whitening. Dr. Kelly, Dr. McMahan and the team are continually learning and growing together as a TEAM. The position will be approximately 32-36 hours per week. Our patient hours are from 8-4 M-W and 8-1pm on Thursdays. This leaves plenty of time for a well rounded family life or lifestyle outside of the practice. A true setup for a work hard play hard mentality. This is a full time position only. The position offers select paid Holidays, uniform allowances, bonus opportunity, and competitive pay based on experience, with accrued vacation days and 401K 4% matching contribution after 1 year among other benefits like a stocked kitchen, team building events, continuing education events etc.——————————————————————— Must have 1 year or greater in the dental field to ensure understanding of insurance/ coding/ financing/ sequencing etc. Experience presenting treatment one on one with patients. An understanding of fitting treatment into patients lives: reducing barriers of insurance, financing, dental anxiety, and timing of treatment into a clear and organized way. Scheduling their treatment and following up to keep them on track to complete their care. We have systems for these subjects and will train and support you on our systems, but we do require a history performing these skills.
