Part-time Receptionist

Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Part-time Receptionist to support a local non-profit in Springfield. This non-profit provides grant-making and philanthropic support to help strengthen local charitable initiatives. The Part-time Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general clerical support that keeps the office running smoothly. Requirements for the Part-time Receptionist Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, MVR and drug screen. Part-time Receptionist Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner Respond to incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents Support staff members and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment This position works 40 hours every other week in a comfortable, professional office setting. Some light physical tasks may be involved, such as moving supplies or assisting with small event setups.

Starting pay:
