Job Description

Receptionist - The Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily business operations. Essential Duties Answering and transferring inbound calls, while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance Properly noting the account and delegating tasks to the correct department Performing clerical office duties Retrieving incoming mail from local post office Sorting and scanning incoming mail to accounts. Ensuring office is neat and organized Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong knowledge of computer skills and typing Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams Effective and clear communication Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills Recommended 1 to 2 years' experience in administrative and/or telephone communications Legal clerical experience is preferred
