This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with membership inquiries and program registrations, and supporting daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional member experience and upholding the YMCA mission and values.

What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests with a positive and professional attitude Process new memberships, renewals, and program registrations Answer questions about programs, policies, and facility usage Promote and sell YMCA programs, events, and services Maintain accurate records and handle daily transactions Support daily operations and ensure policies are followed Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns appropriately Attend all required staff meetings and trainings, including abuse risk management and youth safety training Benefits You'll Receive Complimentary YMCA Membership for Part-Time and Full-Time employees. What We're Looking For:
