Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing front desk support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for patients, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression of our practice. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy. Handle customer support inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed. Perform office management tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient referrals and overseeing patient payments. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Proficient in using computer systems for various administrative functions. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in office administration is preferred.
