Metal Works of Montana is a dynamic and growing construction and manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receptionist / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Prepare and send invoices Monitor and collect outstanding accounts Process deposits and maintain accurate records

Job Costing:

Track and maintain job expense spreadsheets Assist with cost analysis and reporting

Front Office Support:

Answer and route incoming calls professionally Greet visitors and provide general assistance

Administrative Tasks:

Perform filing, document management, and clerical duties Support other departments with data entry and recordkeeping

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills Prior experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is a plus
