Hotel Front Desk Associate

The Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, MT is seeking a new Front Desk Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate for the Front Desk position is friendly, out-going, customer service focused, patient, and interested in giving our Guests a memorable and enjoyable experience. This is a part-time position, with the available shifts being 3pm

• 11pm and 7am
• 3pm.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent customer service skills, and maintain a professional demeanor while being outgoing and engaging with our Guests.
• Greet and register guests in a timely manner as they arrive.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping department and maintenance staff as needed.
• Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations.
• Resolve small issues for guests as they arise in a calm and professional manner.
• Must be able to multitask, operating a basic computer system while remaining engaged with Guests.
