Overview We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to join our team! Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible Support office management tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, and appointment scheduling Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks to support administrative functions Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing records, and supporting customer support initiatives Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual (if applicable) to serve diverse clients effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while providing outstanding customer service Join us as a Front Office Receptionist where your positive attitude and organizational prowess will make a meaningful impact every day!
