As a full-service small animal clinic, you will utilize modern facilities and sophisticated diagnostic capabilities to provide comprehensive veterinary care. We offer robust medical services including Wellness and Prevention, Advanced Care procedures, and Diagnostic testing. You will participate directly in Urgent Care cases during regular hours, providing immediate, necessary intervention. Furthermore, we maintain seamless coordination with external Veterinary Emergency Care for after-hours needs, ensuring you can maintain a clear focus on delivering the highest standard of medical and surgical outcomes for your patients. You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. Advocate for
Pet Health:
You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.

What You'll Bring to the Team A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
