Greeting and welcoming clients with a positive first impression of the agency is utmost important in dealing with the client population. Responsible for interacting with clients while managing administrative tasks for the team is essential. Job tasks include but are not limited to triaging walk-in clients and phone triage with potential clients, answering multi-line phone system, familiarity with telehealth and telepsych services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides coverage of main phones, directing calls to programs and individuals, and taking clear messages. Demonstrates ability to screen internal operator assisted calls and refer them to the appropriate person/division. Screen potential clients via telephone and in person for
COVID-19
using CDC guidelines. Conduct phone triages by gathering demographic information, insurance status, medical history, medications, substance usage and any other pertinent information on potential clients for admission. Coordinate with Team Lead / Medical staff to ensure proper level of care for potential clients Receive all staff request for ?time off? and submit to Manager. Help coordinate replacement personnel for staff coverage once time off is approved. Update staff schedule as needed, create and post monthly schedule. Maintain copier/meter/reading totals and submit monthly computerized totals. Email available bed totals daily to approve distribution list Verify insurance eligibility at check in, copy new coverage information, and send individual to enrollment staff for new financial information Assemble intake paperwork packets.
