Position Overview :

As a Sales & Front Desk Associate, you are the face of Flow Pilates and the primary driver of our studio's growth. Your core focus will be converting leads into loyal members, managing the sales pipeline, and hitting membership targets, all while seamlessly executing front desk operations. We are looking for a target-driven, confident closer who is completely comfortable selling and promoting our studio, and is passionate about the boutique wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management:

Proactively drive membership and package sales through in-person consultations, phone calls, and email follow-ups. Manage and nurture prospective client leads within our CRM, ensuring no inquiry falls through the cracks. Conduct introductory studio tours designed to convert interested prospects into active members. Track personal sales metrics, take ownership of conversion rates, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Participate in community outreach and local business development efforts to generate new leads.

Client Experience & Studio Operations:

Greet clients warmly by name, fostering a highly personalized, boutique studio environment. Manage front desk operations, including client check-ins, scheduling adjustments, and account management using our studio software. Handle payment processing, membership agreements, and billing inquiries with professionalism. Maintain the studio's pristine aesthetic, ensuring the reception area and equipment spaces are organized and welcoming at all times. Serve as a communicative liaison between clients, instructors, and the Studio Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Sales Experience (Required): You have a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a membership-based or service-oriented environment. Industry Experience (Highly Preferred): Prior experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or Pilates is a significant advantage.

Target-Driven Mentality:

You are highly motivated by goals, comfortable asking for the sale, and skilled at overcoming objections.

Exceptional Communicator:

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional phone and in-person presence.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating booking software, CRM systems, and basic office technology.

Availability:

Flexible schedule with availability to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends.
