Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Monitor visitor sign-in and follow facility protocols Support various departments as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude
