Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service to enhance each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner. Check guests in and out using Choice Advantage PMS. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Assist with special requests and resolve guest concerns. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness. Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Familiarity with Choice Advantage PMS is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling payments. Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required.
