Job Description

A Christian organization is seeking an individual who is personable, motivated and self-directed, to serve as the assistant to executives as well as a Receptionist for the Summer Months only (June 22-July 31, 2026). As the Administrative Assistant you will provide nearly invisible support to the CEO, Founder and Pastors, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, and preparing materials for meetings. This individual must be extremely detailed oriented, very organized, great at multi-tasking, dependable, a spreadsheets and Microsoft guru, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Preferred college graduate and a minimum of three years of experience as an executive administrative assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be personable and engaging You must have a minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Solid experience with office management systems and MS Office Suite Familiarity with online calendars Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Proficient in the use of standard office tools (copier, scanners, fax , etc.) Strong organizational skills are a must Have excellent command of English language, composition and punctuation Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
OTHER GENERAL EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE
Support the Administrative Team with any tasks that might be done to free them as much as possible so that they remain dedicated to their duties. Always exhibit professionalism, demonstrated by a well-groomed appearance, conscientious work ethic, teaching ability and accountability. Willing and able to work at a fast pace within a variety of settings and circumstances, with composure and flexibility. Having the knowledge that weekend hours may also be required depending on programs and events. Be ever conscious of the need for confidentiality. Always exercise discernment and wise judgment. Be a person who gives extreme attention to details with an eye for excellence. Have a non-lackadaisical attitude with the willingness to seek new information, training, and resources as needed. Be a self-starter and good at multi-tasking and prioritizing projects. Possess strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
