Front Desk Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Help hairstylists by washing and folding towels. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is preferred. Familiarity with hair salon procedures is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent calendar management abilities to coordinate appointments effectively. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
