We are a newly opened pediatric dental office dedicated to providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families. We are looking for a welcoming and organized team member to join us as we grow! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
4 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday $18-$22, based on experience in the dental field Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate client records and filing documents. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient time management. Maintain office organization by managing supplies, filing systems, and general office upkeep. Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative functions. Communicate effectively and consistently with referral partners Check out patients, close out appointments accurately, and collect payments Insurance verification to a varying level based on experience Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is required Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with clientele. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is essential; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is an advantage. Experience in insurance verification is an advantage Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while providing outstanding customer service.
