Job Description
A temporary opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a busy and professional organisation in Durham. The role offers 35 hours per week on a rota basis between 8:00am and 6:30pm, with a mixture of longer and shorter shifts, including some lunchtime finishes. The Company A well-established business with a professional working environment and a strong focus on customer service and front-of-house support. The Role Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing reception duties and providing administrative support where required. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service at all times. Experience Required Previous reception or customer-facing experience is preferred. Strong customer care skills, a professional manner and excellent communication abilities are essential. Candidates should be organised, reliable and confident working in a busy environment. Remuneration Competitive hourly rate dependent upon experience.
