Optometry Receptionist

We are looking for a detail oriented people person who is willing to work hard in a team environment. Work duties will involve answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance verification and filing of both glasses and medical insurance claims, patient check-in and out, filing records, and other duties as they arise. Physically a candidate should be capable of frequent bending and lifting up to 15 pounds. We are a small office and like our team to learn how to do everything in case someone is out sick or on vacation so the ideal candidate will be willing to cross-train on patient ancillary testing. Experience in healthcare is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
