Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help create a positive environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls accurately using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative duties Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and proofreading Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Previous experience in reception roles such as medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is a plus Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with professional demeanor This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a well-organized office environment while developing their administrative expertise. Pay:
$21.54 - $25.94 per hour
