Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to assist our current receptionist. We need someone who has great people skills and can handle multitasking. Love of animals is required to fill these shoes. Your job will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, ordering products, handling monthly invoicing, taking payments. You will have several weeks of training with our existing receptionist. We are looking for an individual who is interested in this field as a career and intends on spending several years with us.
