Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic outgoing new team member to be the first face our clients see when they walk through the door and the first voice they hear when their call is answered! We are looking for a full-time Assistant to add to our team. Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm at our Holly Springs office.
Duties include:
answering incoming phone calls, taking clear and detailed messages, scheduling and confirming appointments, filing, shredding, scanning, preparing mailings, event planning, and other administrative tasks. Background check is performed once offer of employment is given.

  • Confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and able to learn other technology/software quickly
  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Financial services industry experience (preferred)
