Veterinary Receptionist - Experienced

Join our compassionate team! Sycamore Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized and dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy and growing animal clinic. Our ideal candidate has a love for animals, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and warmth Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls/email communication Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records Supporting the veterinary team with daily administrative needs Screening online platforms for digital prescription approvals

Requirements:
