This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and eager to learn. Prior dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred but not required -we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role. To be successful in this role, you should have: Strong customer service and communication skills The ability to manage a busy, multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly Attention to detail when scheduling appointments and updating patient records Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar) Comfort learning new software; experience with Open Dental or similar systems is a plus An organized, proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Understanding of HIPAA privacy policies (training provided)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Dental or orthodontic office experience required
ScheduleBenefits:
This is a full-time position , Monday-Thursday with select Fridays. Compensation is based on experience , and a competitive benefits package is offered with employment.
