Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator. You're the first person patients see and the one keeping the schedule, and the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes. Dental experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.

What You'll Own Patient Experience:

Warm, friendly, and professional patient interactions.

Scheduling:

Build and manage a productive daily schedule for one or more providers.

Insurance:

Verify benefits, build breakdowns, present treatment plans, and collect co-pays accurately.

Communication:

Handle calls, confirmations, patient questions, and follow-ups with confidence.

Front Office Operations:

Maintain clean patient records in Open Dental and keep the office running day-to-day. What You Bring Strong customer service experience in another field works too Understanding of dental insurance, CDT codes, and benefit breakdowns preferred. Comfort presenting treatment plans to patients clearly and confidently Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software is a plus Strong organizational skills.
