Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative assistance across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of Google Suite applications. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient workflow. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Manage scheduling and appointments, acting as a personal assistant when necessary. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Handle phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient interactions. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excel, Computer. Chinese and English language. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation and correspondence. Strong personal assistant capabilities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Exceptional phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications. Ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
