• Raleigh, NC Willow Head Spa is looking for a warm, professional, and highly reliable team member to join us in a front desk role.

We are open to hiring either: one full-time receptionist working 4 days per week two part-time receptionists working 2-4 days per week or a licensed hairstylist who can work part time in reception and part time performing head spa services Available to work 1-2 weekend days a week This role is extremely important to our business. The front desk is often the first and last impression for every guest, so we are looking for someone who is polished, welcoming, organized, and excellent on the phone. The number one requirement for this role is reliability. We need someone who shows up for every scheduled shift and is on time every time . Reliability is non-negotiable. Requirements At least 1 year of true receptionist, front desk, or office experience is required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent phone skills and professional phone etiquette Dependable, punctual, and consistent Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking and handling guest interactions with confidence Plus Being a licensed hairstylist is a plus A hairstylist may also be considered for a role that includes part-time reception and part-time head spa work Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, elevated experience Answer phones professionally and confidently Schedule appointments and assist guests with booking questions Check guests in and out Handle payments and front desk transactions Respond to texts, calls, and guest inquiries with professionalism and care Keep the front desk and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting Support the team in keeping the day running smoothly For qualified licensed hairstylists, role may also include performing head spa services part time Ideal Candidate Shows up for every shift and is on time every time Willing to work 1-2 weekend days Has at least 1 year of receptionist, front desk, or office experience Has strong customer service and phone skills Friendly, polished, and professional presence Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Salon, spa, med spa, hospitality, or office front desk experience is a plus Licensed hairstylist is a plus Schedule Options We are open to either: 1 full-time receptionist working 4 days per week 2 part-time receptionists working 2-4 days per week or a licensed hairstylist who can split time between front desk reception and head spa services Please let us know which type of role you are interested in when applying.
