Job Description
Serve our guests with excellent service as well as recognizing and addressing guest issues. Check in and out guests. Collecting guest payments. Confirming guest reservations as well as maintain records of assigned and available rooms. Maintain the lobby appearance and cleanliness. Also ensure our guests and employees safety by reporting any safety issues or concerns. Manage the Red Roof Inn standards and procedures with effective planning, organization and decision making. Be a team player with supporting your team with any task and a willingness to serve with a positive attitude. Must be efficient with handling of cash. Must be able to work any shift.
