Schedule:

4-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holiday hours! Sanford Animal Hospital is a busy, team-focused small-animal practice dedicated to providing compassionate care for our patients and exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, positive work environment where teamwork and communication are key. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) to join our front desk team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and manage multiple lines efficiently Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow Check clients in and out, including processing payments Maintain accurate client and patient records in our system Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow-ups Support the medical team by relaying messages and coordinating care Help maintain a clean and organized front desk area

What We're Looking For:

Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus
