Job Description
Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Statesville, NC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar Verify patient information and insurance details accurately Maintain patient records and handle confidential information with care Assist with billing and payment processing as needed Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer applications and scheduling software Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front desk role preferred Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health insurance and dental benefits Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) and more!
