JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist is an important position in our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and relay information within the facility as necessary Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policy and procedures and regulation Maintain a current list of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc. Locate personnel through the facility paging system when requested by facility designees Report suspicious persons/information to the supervisor immediately Assist with administrative duties Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
