Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus. This role includes providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and care for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Manage office correspondence, including emails, ensuring timely responses. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for patients.. Support office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Prior experience in office management or personal assistant roles is a plus.
