Job Description

Account Manager / Receptionist We are looking for a motivated and personable Account Manager / Receptionist to join our team in a hybrid role that combines front-desk operations with client relationship management. In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting our producers in growing the business. If you are experienced with account management software (Applied Epic), have a welcoming and professional presence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors — greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front-desk operations Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and responsiveness Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and objectives Review and monitor account status reports, flagging issues or opportunities as needed Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory Assist with challenging client requests and escalations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in account management, client services, or receptionist/administrative role Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar account management software is a plus Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions while managing multiple priorities Professional, polished phone and in-person communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle a dynamic workload that spans both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
