Front Desk Receptionist

Full Job Description Duties include but are not limited to: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations Perform laundry duties Answering inquiries pertaining to hotel facility and surrounding area. Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by management Use computer system to make reservation, check-in and check-out hotel guests, and process payments Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, setting up and maintaining breakfast area Problem solver Qualifications/Experience/Skills Previous front desk experience (preferred) Customer service experience (preferred) Weekend availability required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be able to read, write and speak

$13.50-$16.00 per hour

Schedule :
