Part Time Front Desk Veterinary Receptionist (AM)

Part time receptionist position needed for a busy progressive small animal hospital. This is not your normal sit down front desk job. Hours 7:00 am

• 12:30 pm
• Monday
• Friday, 2-3 Saturdays a month 8:00 am
• 12:00 pm.

Duties include but not limited to: greeting clients with a smile, scheduling appointments over phone and in person, receiving payments from clients, entering new clients into system, speaking with other clinics/doctors over phone, estimates for surgical procedures, cash drawer, phone messages, filing, preparing files for appointments, assisting clients with pets, cleaning, must be a team player and dependable, customer service is a must. Phone experience, prior experience in a veterinary clinic is recommended but not required Serious inquiries only•
