Our hospital offers many services including annual wellness care, anesthesia and sedation, dentistry, internal medicine, laser therapy, in-house pharmacy, surgery, urgent/immediate care, and acupuncture. We're seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated urgent care team and be the welcoming face that supports both pets and their people during critical moments.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain hospital reception area and greet clients and patientsAnswer calls, emails, and triage client concernsSchedule appointments to maximize efficiencyCheck in/out clients and process paymentsProvide compassionate support to clientsHandle various medical outcomes professionallyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunities

This position may involve exposure to unpleasant odors, noises, and potential animal-related hazards.

QualificationsWe're looking for:

Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred Rotating weekends- strongly preferredCompassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong CommunicatorHighly organized and possess computer skillsSelf-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
