Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

Gilford Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part-time front desk receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong communications skills who enjoys working with patients and helping create a positive office experience.

Schedule:

Approximately 2-3 days per week or 4 shorter/abbreviated days. Hours and schedule can be discussed based on applicant availability and office needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Patient scheduling and appointment coordination Insurance verification Billing and payment collection Answering phones and assisting patients Managing patient records and communication General front office administrative duties

Compensation:

$23-26/hour depending on experience 4% 401k match 1 week PTO after 90 days 2 weeks PTO annually beginning January 1, 2027 1 additional day of PTO for every quarter without call outs, up to 4 days of additional PTO per year $2,500 annual dental benefit Paid major holidays Christmas week closure Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and organizational skills.
