School Receptionist

Lisbon Regional School is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional School Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a school environment. Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Schedule and Compensation:

Work hours: 8:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.30-minute unpaid lunch break$18.00 per hourNo insurance benefits are offered for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff membersGreet visitors and provide general assistanceTrack daily student attendance and contact parents/guardians to verify student absencesMaintain accurate attendance recordsAssist with state reporting requirements and data entryPerform other duties as assigned by school administration

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency with standard office software and data systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismEffective written and verbal communication skills
