We're looking for a full-time front desk superstar to join us Monday through Thursday, bringing energy, organization, and a can-do spirit to our bustling office. This isn't your typical "sit and answer phones" gig. Y ou'll be the maestro of our daily symphony—juggling a variety of tasks to keep our patients smiling and our days humming. From warmly greeting families to mastering the art of scheduling, you'll dive into insurance verifications, payment coordination, and even a little creative problem-solving to keep everything on track. We work hard, but we thrive on keeping busy with purpose—and you'll feel the reward of being part of a team that truly cares.

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly face and voice that welcomes patients to our office Orchestrate appointments with ninja-level scheduling skills Tackle insurance claims and billing like a pro (don't worry, we'll guide you!) Keep our patient records spot-on and our office vibe upbeat
