Multi generation Proko family members, as well as our staff and strong management team led by Peggy Weisman Proko, are proud to continue the standard of delivering quality service to our valued community. Ms. Proko oversees and manages the daily operations of the dealership and takes great personal pride in knowing that her customers and employees are well taken care of. Responsibilities Greet and welcome all customers. Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket. Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers. Answer phones and direct customer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. Operate switchboard telephone system. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold. Assist the manager and service staff with various clerical duties as needed. Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees. Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently. Appointment setting Qualifications Strong customer service skills, a must. Ability to communicate customers' needs and requests to service personnel and management team. Professional business appearance. Excellent attendance record. Team-oriented.
