We are an established, premium Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery specialty practice that has been proudly serving our community for 3 years. As a fast-growing established practice, you will have the unique opportunity to learn both the clinical and business sides of a premium surgical practice. What You'll Do:
The Patient Welcome:
Manage patient check-ins, answer phones, and create a lively, welcoming environment.
Seamless Scheduling:
Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Care Presentation:
Formulate treatment plans based on doctor codes and clearly present options to patients.
Office Administration:
Assist with basic medical billing, insurance verification, and standard office protocols.
