Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who interacts with our team. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff Handle data entry tasks such as filing, updating records, and managing correspondence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Assist with office management duties including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining filing systems Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally while demonstrating excellent communication skills in bilingual settings if applicable Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively Demonstrated customer service experience with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and personal assistant tasks will be beneficial Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets friendly service! Pay:
$22.87 - $27.54 per hour
