systems Patient interaction Clerical experience Managing patient records Entry level Full Job Description Job Overview We are urgently looking for an experienced front desk receptionist with great interpersonal skills to welcome our wonderful patients with a smile and a helpful hand! You have to be able to handle the day to day office work in a busy physical therapy practice.

For example and limited to:

insurance verifications/authorizations, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, print and fax documents, experience with Practice Mate/Office Ally is a plus, familiarity with EMR, and Availity. MUST be Bilingual- English and Spanish speaking. Some light lifting of daily charts from front to back of the office.
