Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and organized voice of our dealership. This vital role ensures smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or team member Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information or routing calls as needed Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating records with precision Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments for service advisors and management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Support office management duties including inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within an automotive dealership or similar environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software like QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support tasks Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting management schedules This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and positive attitude will help create a welcoming experience for every visitor.
