We are seeking a dynamic and polished Showroom Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our busy dealership. This fully in-person role blends professional hospitality with high-energy retail. Your Responsibilities First Impressions:
Welcome arriving guests with genuine enthusiasm and a polished demeanor, assessing their needs and seamlessly introducing them to the right department.
Communications Hub:
Expertly manage a high-volume switchboard, ensuring every caller receives prompt, polite, and efficient service.
Digital Engagement:
Stay on top of incoming dealership emails and text alerts, keeping our digital correspondence as responsive as our in-person hospitality.
Schedule Management:
Coordinate, log, and confirm guest appointments to maintain a smooth and organized workflow across the sales floor.
Administrative Support:
Partner with the management team on essential daily operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and receipt processing. What You Bring to the
