This is a temporary/gig-style position based out of our office at: 529 Market St Camden, NJ 08102 We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person who is comfortable working in QuickBooks and assisting with light office duties as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Entering and organizing transactions in QuickBooks Reviewing ledgers for accuracy Helping clean up and organize financial records Answering phones Responding to emails Basic administrative support Assisting with general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience using QuickBooks Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with financial records Basic computer and email skills Professional phone manner Reliable transportation to Camden, NJ Able to work in person

Pay:

$17 per hour
