Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a mental health practice. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing compassionate and efficient administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
