Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ½ day off midweek on week you work weekend On call every other weekend for 4 hours (Saturday or Sunday, 9 AM-1 PM depending on services)Salary:

Job Responsibilities You will support the daily administrative operations of the funeral home and serve as the first point of contact for clients and callers.Key duties include:
Answering and screening phone calls; gathering initial information Building trust and rapport with customers through clear, empathetic communication Managing and maintaining records, customer accounts, and files Writing professional letters and emails Scheduling meetings and appointments Performing data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Handling sensitive information confidentially Ensuring exceptional customer service and a compassionate approachNote:
This position operates in a separate office area, not where the deceased are located.Qualifications Required:
2+ years of administrative experience with customer interaction High school diploma (or equivalent) Strong communication and listening skills Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Application Instructions To apply: 1.
