$22•27 per hour, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a sharp, professional, and highly organized Executive Front Desk Coordinator to manage front office operations in a fast-paced real estate environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a polished, professional office atmosphere. Position Overview This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in organization, communication, and execution. The Executive Front Desk Coordinator supports multiple departments and represents the organization with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, tenants, and vendors Maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment at all times Screen and route communications efficiently to appropriate departments Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Provide administrative support to management, leasing, and accounting teams Manage office organization, document handling, and data entry with high accuracy Proactively identify and resolve day-to-day operational needs Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, front desk, or office coordination experience Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and problem-solving mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience in real estate or property management is a plus Compensation & Benefits $22•27 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for growth within a stable and expanding organization Professional, team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time, in-office #
