$72,000 (annualized) Adopt A Highway Maintenance Corporation (AHMC) is hiring Field Supervisors to support a high-profile statewide cleanup effort ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This is a hands-on leadership role where your work will be seen by visitors from around the world. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 field employees Plan and manage daily highway cleanup routes Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety standards Track productivity using mobile apps and GPS tools Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding seasonal staff Drive company vehicles and work alongside your team as needed Requirements 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong safety mindset (highway or construction experience preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and basic computer tools Physically able to perform field duties (see below) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Physical & Sensory Requirements Drive for extended periods (up to 8+ hours/day) Walk up to 5-10 miles daily on uneven terrain Stand for long periods in outdoor conditions Lift up to 50 lbs independently Climb ladders when required Clear hearing for verbal communication Vision sufficient to operate vehicles and monitor crew activity Why Join AHMC Be part of a once-in-a-generation global event Make a visible impact in your community Paid training and company vehicle provided Leadership experience on a large-scale project Seasonal role: Mid March - July 2026 AHMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
