The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and community partners, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Korean, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate sensitivity when working with individuals seeking mental health services. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients, visitors, and families in a warm and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service in both English and Korean. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Verify patient demographic and insurance information. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized reception area. Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff. Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written). Minimum 1 year of receptionist, customer service, medical office, or administrative experience.
